Goa Records has a new psytrance project from the United States to present to the world with this ep Rain God. Andrew Tanner (Upaya no Kensho) was born in Baltimore, where he currently lives. He recently graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art where he met fellow music enthusiasts and collaborators. Andrew first heard of Psytrance downloaded from the internet in the 90s, his early influences were Astral Projection and Infected Mushroom… after dabbling in many different types of Electronic, Rock, and Hip-Hop Music, he is currently focusing on Psytrance and creating instrumentals for Baltimore rap artists Kami the Wolfboy Wonder and Lil Ave the Panda. Andrew’s music is melodic and energetic, with an epic and spiritual feel, often using varied synthesizers and vocal sounds for a unique style within the genre of Psychedelic Trance.
